Why do you need a copy of my passport?

We need a copy of your passport to validate your identity. The authorities require this for your tax advisor as part of the mandatory KYC process. We also need a passport copy/number several times during your company formation (as a shareholder, director, or secretary), optionally for your immigration process.

As an EU citizen, you can also use your ID card. Please copy the front and back in this case and include them in a single PDF file. Also, ensure that the address on the card matches the address on your utility bill.

Privacy and data protection are crucial to us. Only you and your assigned Tax Advisor can access your data and documents. Therefore, verification takes time but should not take longer than one business day.
