What happens after my company is registered?

When your company is successfully registered, your tax consultant will add your registration number to your company details.

He also will upload the following certificates to your company profile:

  • the incorporation certificate
  • the company's office address certificate
  • the company's director certificate
  • the company's shareholder certificate

These certificates are required to prove your company's ownership and authorize you to act on your company's behalf, such as opening a bank account.

After that, your tax consultant will automatically start applying for the company's Tax Identification Code (TIC), VAT number, and Social Insurance Number (SIN).
