How do I change my director?

To change your director(s), log in to your account and start the appoint/remove director application inside Services. The app will follow you through all the necessary steps to prepare the paperwork.

If you appoint a new director who is not a verified customer, the person has to go through the mandatory Know Your Customer process.

Once all newly appointed directors complete the KYC process and get verified, the changes will be submitted to the companies' registrar. After 1-2 weeks, you will receive an updated director certificate.
