Who can be appointed as director of my Cyprus Limited?

Generally, directors are legally responsible for running a company and ensuring company accounts and reports are properly prepared. A director does not have to live in Cyprus but must be 16 or over and not be disqualified from being a director.

During our company formation process, you can appoint up to two directors. Only individuals from our supported countries can be added as directors through our platform.

Most likely, you want to be the director of your Cyprus Limited. In this case, confirm yourself as director. Every other appointed director must go through a mandatory identification process, except our platform already verifies the person.
