Who can be a shareholder of my Cyprus Limited?

We want to keep our company formation process clean and lean. Only individuals from supported countries can be added as a shareholder through our application. Our application also allows adding verified companies from our ecosystem as shareholders.

Every shareholder must undergo a mandatory identification process, except the person or company is verified in our ecosystem.

Please remember that you always have complete control of all your company documents and certificates. That's why you are free to do whatever you want with your company once it is registered. Our application may have just a few restrictions to avoid complexity. But we'll add more features over time.
