What is the HE3 Form?

The HE3 Form provides the company's officials: director and secretary. Each company must have at least one managing director and one secretary. The same person can hold both positions.

The director can be any natural person or company and does not need to be a shareholder in your company. The same applies to the secretary. We automatically appoint the appointed director as the secretary to keep the incorporation process fast and straightforward.
