How many directors can I appoint?

Your company must have at least one director. To keep the formation process lean and straightforward, you can appoint up to 2 directors during the formation process. Only individuals from supported countries can be added as a director through our application.

Once the registration is done, you can appoint as many additional directors as you want. But every director must undergo a mandatory identification process, except if the person is already a verified customer of our ecosystem.

Please remember that you always have complete control of all your company documents and certificates. That's why you are free to do whatever you want with your company once it is registered. Our application may have just a few restrictions to avoid complexity. We'll add more features over time.
